The apartment I stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, which was great for cooking my own meals. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided entertainment during my downtime. I loved the parquet floors in the unit, they added a touch of elegance to the space. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, saving me from having to pack my own.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the soundproofing in the apartment as it made the space feel a bit closed off.

The property was mind-blowing, located in a super accessible area near the city center. It comfortably accommodated 5 people and was clean. The location was jaw-dropping, with a nearby metro stop and great restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower provided lots of hot water. The towels were of excellent quality. The hostess was efficient and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet, yet conveniently located just minutes away from popular attractions. a fantastic stay with all the necessary amenities such as wi-fi, dryer, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, air conditioning, flat-screen TV. And to top it off, no pets were allowed and there was no smoking on-site.

Great location, close to shops and attractions. The hostess was really nice and efficient. The street was very quiet and the apartment was only a short walk to popular areas like Plaza de España and Callao. The underground station was conveniently located around the corner. We also enjoyed having plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby.
There were a few drawbacks during our Xmas stay. One of the bedrooms lacked proper airflow, as there was no AC unit, window, or fan.

Centrally Located: The apartment was situated in the heart of Madrid, making it convenient to explore the city's popular attractions such as Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, and the Royal Palace. It felt like being in the middle of all the action!
Insufficient Seating: unfortunately, the dining table in our apartment didn't have enough chairs for everyone. It made mealtimes a bit of a juggling act, as some of us had to take turns or find alternative spots to sit.

Despite being close to bars and clubs, we didn't hear any noise from the street, making it a peaceful place to stay. I would highly recommend this apartment for its great location and helpful hosts.
One drawback was the lack of airflow in one of the bedrooms. There was no AC unit, window, or fan, which made it quite uncomfortable during the hotter days.
